So, the OP is using Namecheap and you are recommending Namecheap. Looks like you read the thread.

Namecheap offers SSL for free, but it needs to be renewed every 60 or 90 days if i'm not wrong.

If Namecheap ask you to paid, you can move on! There are many web hostings that have free SSL.

Namecheap have free SSL, maybe you need to renew again?

Also people here forget that you are in SHARED HOSTING (Shared RAM, CPU??? Hello?), what you expect when is going slow? Move to VPS!

If you overuse the capacity of shared hosting, then is normal that they give notifications to you.
If you want available search for dedicated web hosting, it will cost you more or managed dedicated server then you will have only resources for you.

Don't expect in Availability when you are in shared hosting using 80-99% CPU all time and making it slower to other people in the same house like you are.
Learn -> Move to VPS -> Be happy
or...

Stay in the same shared hosting using too many resources --> come to forum crying about "shared" hosting ---> Then you will be suspended soon and your files will be wiped.

That is how it works. Do you want shared hosting? Increase your budget it will hurt you

I use unmanaged Linux VPS to host all my sites, with DirectAdmin there as admin panel for easy management. DirectAdmin guys give free SSL from Lets encrypt, and that autorenews itself every 3 months so I have nothing to worry about it. You just have to enable it with the click of a button. Plus I use Cloudflare to manage DNS records. Piece of cake.

I think I'm learning here now, that seem to make sense. I have that of server level enabled from within DirectAdmin anyways so..

+1 Right. You are in there. Finally I see someone with some knowledge. Instead recommeding using "strong passwords" which should be a priority not only for brute force but for everything.

I personally like EV Plus from Comodo 29€ yearly SSL why? If someone fail they will compensate you with €€.
Let's Encrypt need to be renewed 60 days or 90 days always, it will be free but needs to be renewed for free.

Paid SSL are better if you have serious business, Let's Encrypt if someone break or do something you don't have nothing.

You shouldn't worry.

But do you know Let's Encrypt is free right? They survive how? Only with donations.
If Goverment and Intelligence Agencies have the keys of Let's Encrypt they can decrypt it and sniff and inspecting the network.

Good to catch Journalists, CyberCriminals and many more.
But that is only my theory. Is better to use than don't use nothing in my opinion.

And why SSL now is "obligated" to be used? Because is secure? Right, but why only now have free ssl and not before google telling that will derank websites with no-ssl?

You aren't obligated to pay SSL, but you can't ask them to make it free. You agreed with this when you bought it.

That's why I left Namecheap last year after SSL expired for all of my sites and they wanted me to renew for $9 per year per certificate, which would have cost me a lot for something that many host providers offer for free. Well, this and the fact that they tried to charge me almost 3x more than the normal renewal cost for my hosting plan

Anyway, here's how I learned to enable free SSL for Namecheap @MGaLL:

It will require a bit of messing around with the terminal, but if you follow the steps mentioned you'll make it work eventually. But my recommendation is that you move away from Namecheap as they're slowly turning into the next Godaddy (just my gut feeling).

tbh even though I suggested ZeroSSL, do note that every hosting company that has at least cpanel / cyberpanel / directadmin / any other triple a panel will give you the option for free Let's Encrypt certificate.
