My 2 cents on InfinityFree or anything that uses a similar infrastructure to them (as they're many different names offering the same thing):
They have too many limitations to be worth your time.
Do you want to upload a file of more than 20MB?
Do you want to have more than 10k files? (If I recall correctly, WordPress alone has 5k files without any third-party themes or plugins)
Good luck with that.
They also deactivate websites randomly, whether you're getting visitors or not. Push them too hard, and they'd ban your account as well. It's not a problem with InfinityFree; it's mostly a problem with the actual provider. Their servers are under a constant load from the free sites they're hosting, and they're not keeping up with it; mainly, to get you hooked on their paid product.
PS:
- Uploading a zip file and extracting it (for files more than 20MB) is impossible! So you have to upload each file manually using FTP.
- the unzip functionality is also not available on their PHP configuration (or is available, but due to the insane memory limit, it's not working. I cannot quite remember)
- You can identify their other sites by just taking a look at the login page. At the top of the page, it usually says Vista Panel.

Free only to test template or plugin WB, website. However, it should not be uploaded too large.
Good idea, but few people will want to pay for this service
