Protest! protest!! Against Google spam update

Google Spam update policy, bloggers' years of hard work have been wasted.
Despite our websites being welded to all of Google's tools, the policy was downgraded to a spam update.

A new tool should be provided so that bloggers can find out what is wrong with our websites.
And it can be fixed with regular tool marking.

Destroying the website and not providing any tools and posting a long list won't work.
Any free tool should be provided to us.

A device should be provided immediately.

whatever! You can protest all you want, google will still destroy the entire planet without giving a crap about your protest if this makes them another few trillion dollars. And when google no longer works they'll invent another cash cow that will fool people for the next 30 years, making the owners several 100s trillions of dollars more while people like you and me continuing to cry more, and then the entire process repeats itself over and over again till infinity and the illusion of life continues...

Maybe the internet is mature enough for another search engine that's able to rival Google.

Bing is trying but sometimes it produces results that don't answer the question.

Microsoft needs to invest in bing both in the quality of product as well as marketing aspect of it.

Bing is miles behind and DuckDuckGo is decades behind.
Ahrefs don't have the funds to compete seriously.

Yea, I was think Apple acquire Bing and build on what Microsoft has already done.

If Microsoft is unwilling to sell Bing, Apple would have to build from scratch but can they build something as good as Google? If check their respective products you'd realize that Google's alternatives are typically smarter than Apple's, a popular example is Siri and Google assistant.

Today search engine heavily relies on the intelligence of the system to tell context and produce relevant result.
With enough funding Apple could do something similar or close.

Bing isn't too bad, there was a time I used it for a couple of months while Google is much smarter than Bing, it was able to answer my questions a good portion of the time.

Duckduck has never felt like an option for me.

Bring the link. I need to sign this petition asap. Google has been doing one of my big sites dirty since May 2020. And I can't seem to figure out why.

Google's machine-learning algorithms have been collecting data and updating its system for years and years, competitors starting fresh would have to replicate that at a pace much faster in order to even come close. The number of people complaining about this update will do absolutely nothing IMO. What's likely to happen is a scatter of small updates to try and fix the mess they've caused to the SERPs.

Starting afresh doesn't necessarily mean they'd have to start at the same point Google started. In technology, progress has been made across the board such that you don't need to start at where others started because certain foundations have been laid already.

An example is Apple depending on both Intel and Samsung for it's CPU and SoC but ehen they switched to making theirs, they nailed it perfectly. They didn't need to start exactly ehere Intel, Samsung and Qualcomm started. Some foundations have been layed.


With enough funding and the dedication a company like Apple can do it.
