WTB - Minisite editor and duplicator (html or wordpress)

Looking for someone with html and/or wordpress knowledge to copy, edit, and duplicate simple minisites templates.

- Simple 1 page minisites, with added privacy policy, T&Cs, etc.
- Use existing templates, but edit and change them in a simple manner.
- Change images, edit content.

I'll pay between $15-25 per site, depends on quality.
Currently need about 5-6 of these.

Please send me price and example if you have.
