Would it be more safe for anonymity and more practical (for receiving funds) to register payPal account with Disposable (Virtual/Masked) credit card that is connected to my main card (I worry about that trace there) or with prepaid with cash credit card and then use PayPal debit card in ATM (for which I would need them to send mail me the card to PO box, do they do it, or only an actual address?)?
