Hey folks ive been on upwork lately and sent around 157 proposals and got 7 interviews but they were not even serious and just interviewed everyone for fun so it was not a genuine interview . I have a decent profile with 11k earnings and 151 jobs completed but recently i aint worked on it so my badge is gone for top rated but the issue is more than 50-80 people are applying within 10 minutes of the job being posted and the new boost feature seems a money grab so im kind of stuck what to do as i cant be asked to keep writing new proposals when no one even cares !

can anyone make me a winner again ! ?

what is you talent? what you can do exactly?
have you tried multiple sites?
like fiver / linkedin / uptowork
you can post there what you can do !
and you will find a job for sure

Try to find clients outside freelance platforms and work on retaining them. I have a friend who has been freelancing from a decade and he avoids those platforms like the plague. If you have no other option you can try to find your employers outside upwork and contact from a different contact info or do anything to leave that place.
I buy services from upwork too and its sad to see such talented people working for peanuts all because of competition.

It depends on your skill too though if its a low barrier for entry skill like writing its only going to get tougher.
