Well if we talk about graphic design the tools are Photoshop, Illustrator and (sometimes) Indesign. That implies you have corresponding skills.

Wix is a tool to build a website design and layout without such skills.

Wix can't win Photoshop.

You can't compare Photoshop with Wix, they are different tools and Wix never can come close to Photoshop in any circunstance.

Is the question a bit strange. Wix related to website building? There after all it is full of functions and possibilities in the editor? Or do you want to integrate design from PS into Wix?

Photoshop are way better for professionals but I always think to keep the work simple so Wix also great.

For pure graphics design photoshop and illustrator is the way to go. Wix is great if you need simple design plus website
