Not at all. It's pretty obvious that most bloggers are already afraid of those. Google just randomly targets websites.

it's not a myth, my friend! Lots of sites do not rank for months to up to 2 years despite of what they're doing. They are indexed, yes, but they're not ranking. This is sandbox and it happened to my sites many times before

Me and you or anyone else have different steps/method/strategies doing seo.

Seo need many steps for doing it right. Doing step 10 after step 15 will produce different result for example. There are many steps even we should do far before we bought a domain. Doing it wrong and then people blaming it on "sandbox".

So just because so many people site doesn't rank, it doesn't mean sandbox exist.

Just like people buy pbn/niche edits/guest posts links and then complaining that their rank doesn't move. The fact is they do it wrong.

And I'm not talking about expired / non-dropped quality domains, I know that those bypass sandbox quite often and I've said this before, I'm not only saying it now to sustain my argument. If you'll go through my past replies you should see me having mentioned this at some point

But anyway, the point of my discussion (although not clearly stated) was that new sites do get sandboxed, and despite of how well you do things I am willing to bet against your expertise that you won't be able to rank 100% of new sites - across multiple niches - from day 1. One condition that I'll impose on you if we make this bet, however is that we don't count the initial period of 1-2 months when google test-drives new sites, as this behaviour does happen a lot lately. It didn't happen before (I'd say before 2020, but could be before 2019), back then some new sites didn't get this initial test-drive, but now they get some initial rankings and traffic and then, before month 2 is over they suddenly go out of the SERPs for 3 to 12 months (sometimes even longer than this in tough niches like insurance) and they won't rank no matter how much stellar content you publish, or how many quality links you get. It's a known fact that google absolutely loves big brands (across all niches), and those are not going to get pushed away by new sites, especially in profitable niches like finance and health, so those new sites (which get created by the 100s, if not 1000s, each day btw) have to exist somewhere. And they exist in the sandbox.

Anyway, this point is pretty useless, despite of me clinging hard on it.... You're entitled to your opinion and it's fine (just don't bet against me on this matter), but I'll also stick to mine ... Have a great day!
