You make money only by selling a product or selling a service everything else is illegal (maybe earn interest from crypto - but this is another story, you need money to start).

As far as OP's request, I can understand where he's getting from but I think he's thinking too short term. There is always a price for good money whether it's good effort, knowledge or big investments.

take the advice and get your initial funding from online service(microworker, fiverr, upwork) or gamble on the uncertain ways(like cpa with free traffic) and keep optimizing. then make your websites or whatever.
