Need opinion - only crypto payment option on a website

Need advice and opinion guys, i want to sell my ebook via G Ads, but i want to use only crypto payment (usdt). Without Stripe and etc.

Will the conversion rate decrease badly due to this because people still not used to crypto?
or if i provide some instruction how to do easily it will be ok? What are your thoughts?

I think it depends on how cold or warm crypto traffic it is and your target demographic age
If you are selling ebook how to get rich with crypto = good cr
If you are selling ebook how to lose weight = big drop in cr

On top of what @Cewgg says, which I agree with, it also depends on how motivated your customers are. If what you're proposing is so good it's worth the hassle for people not used to this, it will be better than if people get the feeling of "why bother?" (whereas they might have bought by just entering their credit card number).

If the niche of what you're selling isn't related to crypto, you're going to have a really hard time converting non-users into it just to pay you. I wouldn't be surprised if there's an 80%+ decline in sales if you choose not to include traditional payment methods for services which are not targeted at crypto people.

Like a guide on how to buy crypto with their credit card? And then spend it with you.
Problem is: Can they do it without going through some KYC first? (which may be quite a turn off).

If you have a solution for this, I would love to hear it.

But, can the buyers use their credit card to buy the ebook in that case?
For someone from a distant country who buy online only with credit card, surely I am not one of your desired clients. Cryptos are not meant for us and will never be.
Or, are you just trying to share your knowledge with people from rich countries only? In that case, nevermind. Keep your wealth and your knowledge for people like you and let us die in poverty and ignorance.

In my opinion it s better to have multiple payment methods. Of course it depends on the audience you target. If it s in crypto niche , then it s not an issue to use only cryptopayment as the audinece is familiar with cruptocurrencies.

PayPal is limited here.
There is no way to use crypto here too.
As I understand it, these mainstream products are just for rich countries. Just come here and live like us and you'll understand what I meant by that.

If the eBook is in IM niche, people will buy because this audience has crypto.

There are many really good wp plugins to collect coin money.

I think you should have every payment processor as possible.

If you wortied about tax and getting caught ,Bitcoin won't help at all everything is traceable these days all money collected is reported local tax man any country.

Get a processor to do the lot or add them all individually to get payments.

Why lose on a sale?

Just add the fee for the transaction so you don't lose any cash/money.

My answer is from someone who tried to find ways to use cryptos here.
I've been into it since the beginning. 2013 is the year I started to find ways to use those mainstream online services, but to no avail.
It has nothing to do with belief.

Say you scroll fb and see an add - how to make money in bear crypto market and you want it. You obviously have crypto so it should work but not always as it takes effort to send crypto sometimes. If there is an easy way for them to buy you will make more sales. Implement Google pay apple pay, cards, PayPal whatever you can.
