How you stay motivated to continue working ?

Hy guys ,how are you doing
I have a question
When your method its working and you see some results then you are motivated to work hard everyday
The problem its when you work a period and you dont see any conversion its like a impresion that maybe you have a curse or something and its very hard to continue work its very depresing
How you motivate yourself to continue working constantly

You're expecting a reward all the time.
When you expect a reward, and the reward happens, you get a lot of motivation.
When you expect a reward to happen, and it doesn't, your motivation goes even down than it used to be.

If you concentrate on the actual work, and don't expect a reward knowing it's bound to happen, whenever a reward happens and it's unexpected, you get 10x the motivation.

I was actually quoting science but without getting technical.
You can replace motivation with dopamine to get a better context.

The point I was making is actually avoiding what you are saying.
Don't associate the work with the reward. Make the work the reward, and when an unexpected reward happens, you will get 10x more motivation.

everyone have diff motivation for reward.
butt it will be the same with it when come to survival. best motivation pay the bills.
are you can try live with 0 money and bill to pay for couple of month and facing collector.

I feel this too. Like doing so much but after some, you don't get anything. That feels a lot depressing.
