Hi guys! I’m new in Youtube, but this platform is so much interesting for me! So, how u get your first views?! I hope some advices will be useful for newbies, like me!
How do you get the first views?

in general, if you don't have 100% legit and real views, better gain them organically. your video can be suggested to other people.
AND the important thing.
If you are consistent, it's much better to rank video on specific keyword. If you are uploading first video or first video after a few years, don't do it with high competition kw's becuase:
- it won't rank high
- if it will rank, it won't rank in a first few days
Go organically with really low comp. keywords for first few videos.
Then go with more comp keywords.
Then, if you have audience and you have been consistent - go crazy.
CTR, watchtime and engagement is the key.

Choose a trending topic and make a very good quality video on that. Do not forget to tag popular creators in these videos.
Try spaming keywords in the keyword section about your niche.
I tried a music channel before and uploaded well known songs (I knew I wouldnt be able to monitize), but I knew that I would get some subscribers. After I got some, I started to download free no copyright sounds and saw that the subscribers listened to that music too.

Increase first viewers on YouTube
1) Post a few times a week
2) Draw in an audience that watches most if not all of your video
3) Have them Like, Comment, and Share it
4) Have a steady crop of Subscribers.
YouTube doesn’t want to waste other peoples time with garbage. So they track and promote videos that are great and specific. You’ll see a lot of popular “recommended” videos in the side-bar of YouTube because they’re usually a more popular version of what you’re looking at already.
If you’re starting from scratch, it is a long way to the top (If you wanna rock & rooooollllllll). But Most people don’t have the discipline to stick it out and be consistent.
You do that, you’ll be golden.

When you upload first video or when the channel is new, there is more chance to get viral as YouTube promoted new channel.

Your keyword and youtube video title are very important. The word room must be included in the title.

In most of the cases the views come naturally / organically. You get up in the morning and see the spike in the views. Needless to say that you have all the basic things in place like a good thumbnail, tags, keywords, title and description, etc.
If this does not happen then still you have to keep the practice of sharing the video link on social media and website/ blog.
You will get some views from there for sure.

Made calls to some ppl asked them to search for the channel and watch the video

Choose an interesting topic or niche and then stick to it for some time. Be consistent and make some high quality videos. When you start getting some views start making use of your analytics to see what time and day your audience are most active.

Simple .create the best videos that you can who makes people see all your lenght video .If people like ,share and comment on your videos then this give a signal to youtube altgoritm that your videos are popular this ranking your videos

Thank you thank you thank you, I was looking for just something like this! Because many videos on YouTube do not carry any meaning, but someone still watches them and these videos are gaining views, and the channels are also gaining subscribers over time.

well that's a good idea too, but...
people here also shares their autopromotion videos. so they are here only to promote their video.
good method to get starter views or engagement (or both) but I wouldn't rely on that. engagement groups and similar are also OK on start, but later you will realize most people say "done" when they just enter, like and quit.
