Creating a new google ad account with US LLC

Hello,
my main ad account was banned.
Because I need my ad accounts for long term (because of conversion data) I can't use throw away accounts.
Please tell me if my strategy is likely to work longterm:

1. Create a new US LLC with bank, creditcard ...
2. Add me and another person to directors of the company (called Peter now)
3. Create Ad account via PC of Peter (in the same network as myself but different laptop)
location of us is europe, we use no proxy or multi persona browser
4. Use different Domain, Wording, and slightly different ads.
5. Send the US LLC money from my main company
6. Pay Google Ads via the new US LLC.

Will this work or are there more things necessary?
I want a long healthy ad account, paid by me to get an invoice to deduct from taxes.
My ads are white hat, the ban was because of a very dumb mistake.
And YES i tried 2 times to appeal but no success.

this is not the way it will work there should be document verification with ph verification done now a days ... me too has invoice from 2018 alive luck me spended 1200 $ on it with loss from 50k $ credits in it total . now looking for some safe way to spend more

What do you mean with document verification? I have the new LLC for the documents. What will be the problem?

Bear in mind that nowadays Google Ads does suspend quite often even totally legit Google Ads accounts for no real reason(s), especially new Google Ads accounts. So, it is going to be a "hit or miss", even if totally new payment method, etc is used. There are instances of even aged, old agency accounts with 6 figures spent, getting suspended (for no reasons).
But, ofcourse, still worth giving a try to create a new account, after taking all possible precautions.

I agree with what he said. There is a very high chance you get a suspension and not all suspensions - even if they are unjustified - can be appealed successfully. A fresh or slightly warmed up account for a US company accessed with EU IP can raise red flags as the account did not gain trust yet. Depending on your payment method (for example you use prepaid card) or also on your campaign (chosen keywords) then it might trigger a suspension. Even if I create accounts with clean fingerprints, high quality proxies, fresh data, and proper credit cards, and warm up the account for days like a normal user and then create a completely safe campaign, I receive a suspension and the appeals fail with 100% chance. So be prepared that you might have to create several new companies in case you receive the suspension. And since it is not too easy for a EU person to open a bank account with credit card for a US company, it can quickly turn out that this method is just costly and not efficient. And even if you manage to get the account running stable, once identity verification is triggered and you hand in the documents stating you as a director or you are the representative with passport copy, how certain can you be that this will not be a problem if you also did that for the previous company that received the suspension? They link a lot of data and not only the name of your previous company might be burnt due to the suspension, but also your name and the identity of the representative.

As replied by other members. Payment method will pay the most important role if you keep that constant it should be good.

Warming slowly will help.
