I'm looking for some easy ways to earn form traffic exchange sites like rankboostup, customhits , i got a lot of traffic from them (3.2k vistors in last 7 days from united States and Germany , canada , uk ) but when i tried to monetize my traffic with adsterra and a-ads visitors not counted

By not putting your sites into them, and thereby not wasting your bandwidth.
If you have to use them, possibly use them for faking some kind of social media stat (e.g. youtube views may be?). Normally, don’t bother.

What about PTP sites , like "traffic2bitcoin" paying 1000 Satoshi for 1000 visits and accept traffic from exchange sites

Same.. These don’t convert at-all. Atleast they didn’t for me. Could still work if you have some weird niche/method, but unlikely. I would request you to do some testing.
