You simply screenshot people's python tutorials into images and compiled it into a slideshow video.

No offense, but your videos aren't going to go viral or get any attention. You need to spend more time doing better video editing along with a more detailed tutorial than just taking screenshots. If you can take the time and effort to do all these screenshots and making them into videos and uploading them, surely you can spend a bit more effort and time to make better quality videos. It's very apparent you have no dedication or interest in being a video content creator, and you're just doing in the hopes for quick ad revenue or something... If you are the type just looking to monetise from videos without much work or effort, then you should go and read up more about those 'reupload methods' than doing what you're doing now.
Recently, I came across a python tutorial channel that actually lets people drop questions in his comment section or via email contact and he will do an explanation with answers in the next video. He actually spent time helping and making informative videos. It is such channel that actually provides valuable content and they will get loyal viewers and python learners. I can't say the same for your case, sorry.
Also, not sure why you would upload to dailymotion instead of Youtube. And tutorial videos are usually several minutes long... As a python learner when I see your video is less than a minute, I would just skip it because I would assume it's just some spam content.
Sorry to sound harsh, but I have to give criticisms here in the hopes that you will improve and do better.

yes, its a win win situation. are you working or doing business for somebody? why?. i benefit but look at my content, is it not relevant useful?. why google or facebook or blackhat put relevant ads to you. you ask them why doing business with me?. you have guts? or a little smoke raiser or provoker. you put hate in your post? isnt it or not. youtube rejected for no reason. wasted time effort money. i might also sound harsh. being sorry after writing- you are very brainy i think, congragulation, be a writer to make living- good or bad i dont know
