Order says TAT up to 2hrs. Pinged him at 2hrs mark, he responded but not quite sure what he meant so I just went to bed.

VCC was delivered 11 hours later.

Got some issues making the VCC work to the merchants that I intended to use it to, and he just advised me to change to US IP (Thanks!), still didn't work.

Though got it to work to one merchant with a few workaround but tried to use the rest of my balance to other merchants but I can hardly make it work.

Tried pinging him on telegram several times without any luck.

Service not recommended.
