Using a draft account after ad acc suspension

Hello Guys,
my main Ad account was suspended 2 weeks ago.
I still have 2 ad accounts in on my google accounts, which haven't been set up.
So it says Ad Account 42323.... (still in draft)
Can I use them and set them to the same company my other account was banned?
The drafts were created before my account was banned, so iam not creating a new ad account right?
Will this work?

1) Did you appeal that account suspension ? If not, then please appeal it using the Google Ads account suspension appeal form.
2) The saved ad (campaign) draft in the suspended account, delete it and in your subsequent account (for better chances of success), do not use the exact same ad headlines and ad descriptions : make some changes such as rephrasing sentences, etc.
3) If you are using multiple Google Ads accounts, it is suggested not to use campaign export/import feature.

The draft of the ad account hasnt been setup yet. No Company information, No Payment.
I will use my company name (the same where the other account was banned)
Will that get my account banned? Because they said: "Dont create a new account or it will banned".

It will get suspended, it is under your main account, right? You’re talking about multiple Google ads accounts under one same gmail?

If it's all under the same Master Account, the other sub-accounts will probably suffer the same fate. However if it's not, you need to do a proper research because Google doesn't "allow" you to create other accounts or you'll get suspended for circumventing systems.
