Not just PBN, this applies to other websites as well, guest post, sponsored post, wiki, etc

In the original PageRank formula, there is always a dampening factor on each link (diminishing returns). Whereas I don't think the dampening level was ever given (or ever will be), the calculation will be something more like:
PBN.com (100) -> moneysite.com (90)

or

PBN.com (100) -> moneysite.com (45)
\-> moneysite.com/bling (45)

There is a lot going here, damping factor, pagerank domain level, pagerank page level, etc...

What I can tell you is that the juice flow through 2 pages of the same domain from 1 BL. Also, there is a Test from SIA who confirms it.
