Last week i diced with a Friend to start a $1K MRR Challenge As a motivation.
#BuildInPublic a New #SAAS from Scratch,
We agree to build the same idea by each one with their vision.

The Goal: Who will hit $1K MRR 1st will win a 7-day paid vacation.

Day 1: Here is what I did

- Based on the idea that we agree on, I did some search about our competitors
via G2, Capterra Alternativeto, Saasworthy .... by reading reviews, checking features, pricing,..... watching Youtube reviews...
- I open a new Google sheet & I write down all features possible and some points from the negative and positive reviews that our competitors have. and for sure i have an idea about my price at what point should be.
