YouTube Glitch? Or what?

I've just uploaded two videos to YouTube and I ended up refreshing them a couple of times and to my surprise each refresh (from same IP) counted as a view and it's actually been updated on the video itself. I don't know if this is a glitch or what but if it's happened to anyone else, it looks really useful. I was wondering if anyone else experienced something similar?

You can give your video 200 views per ip.. but when you reach around 300 views your views will get stucked.. here you reached the point where youtube is validating the views to see if they are legit. A legit view is a view from a new Ip and the viewer has to be seeing the video for a period compared to the length of the video.

Oh, I never really knew this because it never really happened to me before and all of a sudden I was able to generate views by just refreshing the page. Well never mind and thanks for the info.

It has nothing to do with the the length viewed, it all goes by IP address. The most views you can give yourself is 327 from one IP address. After 327 your views are paused until you actually get 327 other viewers, then your views start to go up normal again.

327 views? That's not true, as it's totally random, i've got my video frozen at 306 views, 365, 340, and so on.


Why do you think tools like tubeincreaser doesn't work anymore? Because the hits you're sending are only lasting for less than 1 second. Youtube prevented this, nobody knows exactly how. But i believe it could be that a video has to be watched atleast 5 seconds in order to count to the views, but who knows? lol

its more then just 1 factor you can set up the timer in those softwares such as tubeincreaser to last longer than 5 seconds and it still wouldn't work its both about the ip and the times the video has been watched.
