I'm considering starting a service that let's customers obtain an anonymous debit card.

The cards are:
- Either virtual or physical
- Reloadable through the site's dashboard, either with crypto or SEPA bank transfers
- in EUR/USD/GBP (selectable)
- Supports Visa Secure verification for online purchases
- Physical cards have a pin code and can withdraw from ATM's all over the world
- Expires after 5 years
- Completely anonymous, eg. no KYC needed
- Fees around 10-15%, along with other minor fees such as card ordering fee and monthly inactivity fee

Advantages for using such cards are obvious and I haven't really heard of any competitors.

What do you guys think?
Would you be interested in such a service?
If yes, how much would do you imagine you'd transact with such a card per month?

There is demand but ask yourself if it is worth the legal trouble because it is almost guaranteed that you will get into some.

There would be no legal trouble, I have experience doing this stuff; not at scale but that can be worked out without much headache.

The only trouble would be setting up the system; which is why I'm asking here if it'd be worth my time.

By offering such a service, I am sure you already know the kind of clientele you will attract.

It may not happen, but it only takes one client (who is being watched by the authorities) to get you fucked up by the authorities.

If HSBC got caught, you stand no chance.

Better focus your energy and money on something else.

It's not comparable at all as I wouldn't be operating with a banking license, let alone as an identifiable entity.

The point of this thread is not to debate whether it's possible, it's about whether there'd be a demand.

Is 15% for every withdrawal or deposit? I guess people might decide paying taxes insted of that. I saw gift debit cards sold with a premium, but I will prefer paying tax I guess.

Yes, most users of this site will be involved in illicit activities, but yes, there is demand.

Yes, also interested in review copy if there is some :)

There were similar threads on the marketplace, so instead of asking this,
you could just check the forum marketplace.

Yes, there is a huge demand.

You'd likely be breaking our rules as listed on 3.1 specifically ....The sale of fake ID's for the purposes of financial fraud,. whilst these are our internal rules, there are many legal issues for you to overcome (pointing out the obvious).. Whilst debit would imply pre-loading the card so I'm unsure how many of our members would be keen to do that, ie tie up cash where there isn't a banking license in place and no chance of recourse. However, if you've managed to get around those 2 issues then there maybe something to it.

For clarification it'd be 0% deposit fee, but ~15% fee on card transactions.
Some might prefer paying taxes depending on where they live. However, if ones income tax is ~50% then 15% is a considerable reduction.

It really benefits anyone who wants to spend untaxed assets. So naturally illicit is a fitting label; even though we're talking quite mild cases.

Well my target customers would be recurring spenders as opposed to ezzocard who sells VCC's with a fixed balance.

In my opinion there's an ocean of difference between selling fake ID's and selling reloadable VCC's registered to a cooperate entity.
However, I perfectly understand that I'm in no position to make such a distinction in regards to the rules of the BHW marketplace.
It is true that there'd be little financial recourse, however, with no minimum deposits and the only reloading fee being crypto txt fees or free SEPA transfers I'd imagine trust could be achieved through incremental deposits.

I appreciate the responses of you all. I've launched a few mock CPA campaigns with "notify me when available" functionality and it does indeed seem like a service like the one I'm speaking of has a demand with a profitable cost per customer.

Only accept monero and we are ALL IN.

Sorry but 10-15% is too high. I have exactly like that and paying 6%
