I'm creating a website and i want to have a newsletter section to enable people to easily add their email, what is the best way to do that in wordpress? Free if possible. Something like this!

From the wordpress side a plugin can do this. A simple contact form would send you the responses to a designated mailbox. Some of the fancier plugins will let you design nice looking call to action boxes. Take a look in the download section if you want something like that.

On the backend you either need to manually add emails you receive from the form or CTA box to your newsletter list or connect the mailbox to whatever you use to send out the newsletter to automatically enroll new email addresses.

What plugin do you suggest, also from the backend i will receive all the emails there correct from the plugin suggestion?

This is a personal favorite of mine. it also has a form you can use to add to your website for people to register.

Contact Form 7, WP Forms. Any form plugin would be fine. You're only asking for one entry so you don't need any fancy options.

If you aren't using external newsletter/email campaign software or service, you might want to look at the plugin @flprocess suggests which allows you to send newsletters directly from the wordpress site.

Is it worth/must have to get the pro version?
I don't think so. Most of my dealing with this plugin is on a website I manage for some company, sending 2 or 3 newsletters a month. Everything works just perfect and it has all the features needed without the pro version. That being said, the pro version has really nice features and addons, you can get more info in their website: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/premium
