What are some good sites to find some illustration artist? I’m looking to build a new business and I need to find someone who can create digital art for my products. Looking to start a shirt brand. But want my own custom designs. Hand made designs. Good at character drawing.

ArtStation, DeviantArt, pixiv, or some general social medias Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, just search for hashtag/subreddit of type of art you are interested in or if you don't know you could try: (art, digitalart, artistforhire, comissionart, design), lesser known artist are often open for any work with good prices. You should consider someone who specialize in AI ART as well, they can work better and faster, and after some manual tweaks is often indistinguishable from regular art.

ArtStation but if u want to post a job it will be quite expensive. Behance or DevianArt are cool, more people started to post their portfolio there.
Also you can find your artist by searching your nieche on social media.

I always use Fiverr. Search terms that fit your needs, like hyperrealistic, cartoon, etc.

Don't be afraid to use the services of new sellers -- I actually prefer them since they offer services at lower prices early on and heavily depend on buyers to leave them good reviews. Make sure to look through the samples and verify that it belongs to them. Look at their descriptions, and vet them as needed. Avoid sellers from South Asian countries.

And always contact them about what you're looking for before purchasing.

If you are looking for high-quality artists the best place to go is Behance. I have not seen any platform with so much creative and out-of-the-box art. The quality is super HD and most of the artists on the platform are true artists.

You just follow several artists with the style you like/need and get many more in the recommendation feed
Used IG to find some not so popular artists for a while, but too many trendy reels there now
