I have used both before & I can recommend them both as they are still quite solid hosts with decent pricing.
if you are going to be using anything CPU heavy, that's going get real expensive real fast, maybe contabo would be a better fit in terms of pricing.
However, if you want something stable DO or Vultr will 100% do the trick

You looking for good host but I can recommend you best host. I'm using @DamoHG - Hostgnome.com. Excellent host and very good support and they are pretty flexible if you want to something on processors. They do offer free trial for a limited time.

I can recommend Koddos.net and also alexhost.com have super cheap vps, their support are around the clock to solve your issues with your hosting needs and requirements.
koddos have multiple locations such hong kong.

Hey! It really depens, what you want to do with them? I actually use hostinger for my cPanel 6€/month and had no issues since 9months, so i can recommend them, for sure they are a lot of more hosters out, but that is my experience, also hetzner is very good.
