Multiple Instagram Accounts (10+)

I am planning to building a network of Instagram in the creative designs niche. Each Instagram will be a different theme. Is this against Instagram rules? I've seen posts and replies about having to use proxies. Isn't this a headache?

Would it be better to use a platform like hootsuite or something similar? I don't want to get banned but at the same time I don't want to limit my options.

Any tips or advice?

It's not once you become habitual of habit, It's a little bit though in the start.

I plan to use one main account which is the front of the creative business this will contain all themes/designs I wish to create. Grow the account organically.

I then want to use niche accounts I guess that will post similar content but it will be themed to a certain niche/design style
