I sell digital products and I want to create a membership website where customers have access to all my products and new regular products. It's going to be a monthly membership, but I don't want them to subscribe download everything and cancel. Also, I saw a similar website mention that if they subscribe it's automatically for a whole year but I feel like I'll deal with a lot of emails saying: I didn't see this and I just subscribed can you unsubscribe me? or "I changed my mind"

Do you guys have any ideas on what I should do? Also if I actually do the one year obligation, can I force them to stay subscribed for a year? lol

Recently I came across a membership website where the membership is only $1 for every month and you can download products there and stay as a member for many years with $1 per month. But, when you need large quantity download they charge $20 for each download. It sounds good and that site has several thousand members. Why don't you try this model?
Or you can also give regular free give away to your members, for example a good course or ebooks from sites like buyplrebooks dot com

It will happen that they subscribe, take all and then leave.
It is normal and you cannot do too much about that if you are running that kind of membership.

Also, they can cancel anytime, which should be an option, because it is normal to cancel when you do not want to use the service anymore.

But, you can have no refunds policy and you can restrict the content with drip feed. Drip feed is the way to unlock part of the content after the user is subscribed for certain period of time, like one month.

The best approach for me is to give them access with premium price to avoid low paying customers who are more likely to cancel and ask for a refund.

Higher paying customer will know that you provide value and they will stick with you for a long time.

You can try and test what works. The problem here is that you need to test to see how many hit and run customers you will have. Usualy what I have seen there are no too many if you set price correctly, meaning not too low and not to high.

Do share your experience if you make the test.
