So I just created a second account. Its going to be a legit account! Basically my main insta posts many different styles of art and this was going to be a targeted to one style. I used my real email, real phone number etc and it got temporarily disabled. Had to send a selfie with code and account details.

Have I lost this account?

Its f******* stupid that I have used a legit real telephone number (albiet a fresh one) with my legit tablet with my legit email and its flagged and disabled yet I see all these shitty fake accounts all over instagram. WTF? How can I get this account back? It's for my legit business.

You probably used a flagged IP when creating the account. Someone within your cellular network may have been abusing it in the prior rotation and your account got caught up in the mix. If it's super important for you, you can pay to either have it unbanned or claim the username using a portal submission but this will be a four-figure service so you gotta determine whether this account/handle is worth that kind of price tag.

WOW? I'll have to pay to get it back? That's a little bit ridiculous tbh. The username is unique too. I hope they accept that it is an original account and not a spam one. How do I contact them? Should I send more information?

Good news it was "disabled by mistake" and have the account back. Guess I was lucky despite it being a legit account.

Really? What are these for? Is it really a bad thing to have multiple accounts that are for genuine business? Really?

It's creative arts and I want a different theme for each Instagram. Would it be better to use something like hootsuite or something similaar? Thanks

If the username and account is really imp to you then you can pay and get it back, or try to appeal via the instagram unban form.

It's not a bad thing but if you create accounts with flagged ip or create without changing your device and fingerprints then you are going to get your account banned, instagram consider it as spam.
