Hey,
the ad account i created for my company was banned.
Is it possible that my businesspartner creates a new one for the same company?
All company documents were already uploaded to the verification for google.
Of course i would use new cc.
Could that work or isnt it possible to create a new account on legit ways for my company?

In this case, is better to appeal the ban and see if you can get the account back that way.

Creating a new account on the same device with the same billing information will most likely lead to an instant ban.

You can try to create an account on another device with different billing details and a new Gmail.

The only legit way to do it is to appeal the ban, as @L4rse said.

I guess ban is caused by accidentially changing a landingpage from an old active campaign to a completely different product without deleting the old ad.

It was first "not accepted business practises" and after 2 days "Circumventing Google systems"

I already sent an appeal explaining this but they havent answered me in 2 weeks.

Of course i would use the laptop, credentials and payment methods from my businesspartner. The only thing is if it works because it is the same business and payment adress. Google asks in my region very often for business documents. They will be the same like the banned on my account.

If you got ideas then let me know.

It is a normal coaching business. I run ads for 2 years without problems. At the moment i run the ads on my other backup ad account and no problem. It is not caused by the ads.

From all my running Google Ads accounts that I have at the moment, 3 of them have the exact same billing details, exact same card and exact same business docs were uploaded. For some people it works, for some people it does not work and the reason for it is that different people do the same thing in different ways.

Did you create the 3 accounts before getting banned or after?

i dont know of any restrictions on advertising coaching services on google ads, so if you don't get it i think you should be able to get it back or register a new one without a problem.

..unless your business partner is running black hat campaigns without telling you
