Any ideas for a fanpage?

Someone has offered to put a status update on his fan page promoting anything I want (has has over 800k fans). I was thinking on creating a fan page of my own and having him promote it to see how many fans I get.

Problem is I am quite tired and can't think right now. SO.. any ideas of a good fan page topic that I could monetize in a future? Don't really want some dumb "I pick my nose when no one is looking" type of page, I want something that could be monetized, but without it looking like I am monetizing it, lol

Yeah... I was thinking on doing something like that... I'll give it a try and see how many fans stick. Will be quite an interesting experiment...

So you are saying that you could use those 800k fans to earn $? All he is letting me do is post a status update, would that be enough?

I am thinking to start a fan page but I don't have any good idea so far I have some niche idea such as games and tv show etc but I think this ideas doesn't gonna work

Tv shows are a pretty good niche to work with, if you get a popular current show. Try making a fanpage for a show that currently airing, when new episodes are released, find them online with sites that embed and post them on a blog. Get a good domain name like www.watch-the-show-online.com and stick BHCB or something similar on there. when a new episode is up, just post a status update. This should work pretty well, people who join fanpages for shows usually wanna see the newest episodes as quickly as possible.

Yup, the great thing about having an external site is that you can advertise pretty much anywhere. I've found best success with finding new shows that are hard to find on the internet. There may be alot less people wanting to watch it, but they will also be willing to do anything to see it
