How can this Website Do this ?

its ranked for so many different keyword but only in 1 same URL
and all of the keyword this web rank is on the top 10
with almost 12k keywords

i understand we should make an authority website if we want to compete rank keywords..
with adding quality contents and a lot of backlinks..

but this domain only have 4k words..
how can this be done ?

No he won't. We don't out people here and destroy their businesses. He had already shared the needed data. If you have a theory ask him about more info to prove it. If not, then wait till someone does.

@OP.. This is really easy to answer. Lots and lots of backlinks. Most people translate authority as number of articles which is false. Google read pages not websites. Let me shed some light on some possible causes:
1 - Size of Niche. If you are going deep in your niche targeting specific thing, then 4K article is enough. As long as you are answering searcher question, then you are good to go.
2 - Competition. Google won't let first page empty. It's a race not a test. Best one wins. So, if all others are shit, then first one can be average. So, if he wrote the best piece compared to others, then he will rank first. Which again differs from one Niche to another.
3 - Authority and Relevancy are Supplements. If you have them, you get more power.. but raw power will always be content + Bl

Conclusion, as long as you have the strongest backlink profile, and you are answering the search query, you will rank for the targeted keyword/keywords.

Well, I am not really if this should be shared here in public as you would get tons of messages asking for the website. I truly hope you don't share the url with anyone it because people would just probably ruin his method for him and won't be able replicate it. And I am sure he invested ton of money and time to make it work.

Basically, it's all from the power of backlinks. He has really strong (Like REALLY POWERFUL) backlinks coming to him with all types of anchors.

If we want to learn something from here. It's a good proof that with powerful enough backlink, you can destroy any other metric. But those backlinks are expensive and not easy to find for obvious reasons. He is really dumb and his website won't live for long because he should have put some effort and masked it with some guest posts and stuff. He should also had published many articles to make it like its actually real authority website for dumb investigators who believe in authority, relevancy, link placement and content is king stuff.

Yes what i believe is someone just throwing big bucks for really2 good backlinks with ancor which is hidden because i cant see it by ahrefs..

Why this web wont live for long ?

Yesss it was the lack of articles and contents that make me really2 suspicious and confused.. if he doing it neatly i think his website gonna be untouchable for long - long time..

does this mean he bought really aged domain and redirect it to this web ?

big brand, strong domain, or topically relevant site (or a mix of them).

Since the niche is so competitive (as per your saying) it means that this site is very focused on one particular sub-niche and the 4k words long content is covering one of the most relevant topics of that niche so well that it blows everyone out of the water. And the fact that the niche is competitive it means that this site also has a lot of strong backlinks (which you might not see if they're hidden from crawlers)
