Is This Domain Worth It Or Not

i checked using "site:" no page indexed but i think that's normal cause it has been droped for some time now
i've seen the backlicnks most of them are directories which means i won't have to do that and the other links are decent links from local sites .

i'm little on a budget for this project so that's why i'm asking

But the problem is that asian content that you can clearly see in that screenshot. I mean, if this domain had been aimed at the asian market from the get-go and you intend to target the same market (and if this asian content is not spammy / shady: gambling, warez, adult, guns, drugs, etc) then the domain is definitely worth getting.

But if you intend to use it for non-asian market you should skip it
