It is actually kind of sad for me as a member who has been here for sometime had a rough path, lost the ability to produce and had to be called out and banned.

I'm a dick, most of you know that, but not the kind of dick that likes to see that happen.

I thought same thing few years ago about you ,after i found that you are very mature(just like a father),when i had some disputes with you and found that i was the toddler.This forum needs you,people need an order.I m lurking this forum daily,i know almost every active member or admin from here and even if im not so important for this community i can say that your are a perfect match for this situation.

P.S. i didnt want to work with feelings tonight, if I said something wrong i apologize.Usually, im a good person! Tonight i had some alcohol running through my veins and my IQ dropped. It will be another lesson for me to keep my fingers closed in such situations. Apologize for my grammar and my previously sarcastic comment.

I understand. But if you know retroactively what is completely out of your control and can fail, you can warn your potential clients. They might still come after me, but unless the mod is comepletely unfair and biased, i can simply point to the thread and say "See? i told you. You accepted it". So i don't see how he can demand any sort of refund.

If the product is a bit more complicated, then i won't sell it at all. I have a great bot that has done me wonders for personal use. Really cool, really creative and does what people here pay a lot of money for others to do for them for only 30 bucks or so, one time fee. I had that plan. However, i think having a bunch of people using it might affect its performance, so i decided not to sell it, for now. Cause i can't control it. I know it's amazing when i use it, but if 100 people are using it i have no idea.

Unless you have a shitload of money, you can't risk people trying to get their money back. You gotta be as honest and as clear and as sure of your product as possible. The banned dude clearly didn't think his whole business through.

Don't think i'm being overly judgemental. It's perfectly human to screw up. That doesn't make him a bad guy. What triggered me was him trying to escape from the punishment. Trying to argue he didn't do anything wrong. If you did something wrong, just be honest. Maybe they could have forgiven his mistake and just wait for him to be able to pay. Who knows?

He says he is a dick and he lost the ability to produce and was banned. Now he is a moderator. Seems quite the comeback story, so i was curious.

I am a dick but was never banned and do not even have a warning on my account.

I've never said I cannot produce and I've been a Moderator for about 6 or 7 years or so.

I'm sure this is just a miscommunication as to what you thought I said/meant.
