5$ is low budget for hosting or domain minimum 50 to 60 dollar for start if possible then increase to 100$ its might be good

https://datapacket.net/ provides EUR 10,00 a month for UNLIMITED re-seller hosting.. So you can import unlimited domains, storage and databases... It's not the best, advise you to backup your important websites, as I've had it twice in the last three years, that my clients' websites were gone.. Though.. For the price, can't let them slip... Domains, always on discount... Recently I was able to purchase 10 .pt domains, for 0 euro.. Good luck on your journey

Ah Oh yeah Your Brilliant! I would go with this guys suggestion, I have seen some kick butt Blogger sites.
There are a lot of blogger templates that look like wordpress type sites. They are fairly easy to install and maintain. You can slap a domain on blogger and the hosting is free.
You don't get a lot of functionality out of blogger for seo purposes but you may not need that right away. You also will have to deal with setting up redirects when you want to take your site off blogger but that is a problem for another day.
