I received 2 website blacklinks as part of a free review process.

My first impressions of the site were pretty good. They have a unique logo to them and an email subscription form on the bottom. They also have some ad photos on them to make it look like the webmaster is trying to make money which is good. I would've like an About page on there to add to the Contact page.

The content is spun, but readable and unique.

The metrics I received were pretty good.

Link 1: Trust Flow = 23, Citation Flow = 12.

Link 2: Trust Flow = 31, Citation Flow = 22.

These are cheaper priced PBNs so you're getting a good deal for the link metrics. The Domain Authority of both domains was in the 50's, if that is a stat that matters to you.
