Yes, but rather not for blog posting...these are public and free proxies, which means that there's already many people using it, which means they are being abused heavily and are just too slow to put so much load on them. So, only for SERP harvesting, pinging, since it doesn't require too much bandwidth from these proxies...

Does really work good with Scrapebox. just harvested a lot of proxies, pasted them in, checked them out and started pulling my lists.

Just downloaded this from the link in the OP and installed it. Everything is working fine.
In the Download Links column (middle column), click any of the blue Click Here buttons and it will take you to the corresponding host site in the first column. I downloaded from Megaupload with no problems.
