My Instagram keeps getting demonetized every month for 1 or 2 videos i'm guess its because other pages have used them anyway to get pass the detaction

You could use the reposting feature from some bot that automatically does something like this thing, mentioned by @ristoriel , (though on a visually unnoticeable scale).

I personally haven't seen any bot in the market that is capable of doing this (which includes Jarvee and Massplanner). Except for NecroMancer.
