Never actually used tiktok, I dont even have an personal account there. It depends, sometimes just a simple domain redirect does the trick. But in case of fb or insta or some other social you need a prelanding page that will warm up the traffic before the main dish and it keeps your account longer alive without ban. If you build a lander I suggest you the first opening should be a SFW and as they click they go to a NFSW and the final link to make you money.
