Is my website being attacked by spam traffic?

On October 13th, when checking GA, I found that my Direct traffic surged, but the dwell time was short.

I didn't find a solution on google!

Have you encountered a similar situation?

Any good suggestions?

Looks like bot traffic as the bounce rate is 0% yet the duration is only 1 second.

Identify the source and block them in analytics filter.

I'm not sure about this either. This is the first time I've seen the html extension in GA.
