Make sure you have all the pages correctly setup like: Privacy policy, TOS, About us, Contact us and anyother which are required on your website.
Post atleast 10-15 high quality content posts doesn't need to be related to your content.
make sure all images are correctly showing, make theme good looking it shouldn't look like your website is under development.
Just doing these will get you accepted for sure. Content part is important. Make sure you don't have any download hack crack or illegal type of content in your posts they will directly deny the request without giving reason.

I'm just not sure whether Adsense likes quiz site or not. I was worried about this, so I added an article in each quiz. And I don't think my articles are low quality. Maybe Adsense thinks my site does not have enough contents.

Its not like that Adsense doesn't like Quizes. I does like it. But the content shouldn't be thin.
How long was the article? It is advised that the article should be at least 800 to 1000 words long. Even more the better.
Also make sure you have at least 15 to 20 long form articles (original and unique) live in your site. All other important pages like TOS, Privacy Policy and Contact should be working too.

Adsense relies heavily on content for website approval, my advice is to post more content (not plagiarized). Articles must be at least 600-1000 words.

2 - Make sure that you have a content rich website that adheres to Adsense policies.
3 - Make sure that your domain is at least a couple of months old. If you are applying for an Adsense account from the middle East, China, India or Pakistan you may need a domain that is at least 6 months old.
4 - Apply for Adsense after your website receives at least 100 unique visitors per day. Rules have become more strict and it may be difficult to get accepted if you don’t have a decent amount of traffic.
5 - You need to have a Google account (such as gmail) to use with Adsense. No need to create a new account if you already have one.
6 - You are allowed to have only one personal Adsense account. If your account is suspended for any reason you cannot create a new one.
7 - You cannot apply if you are not at least 18 years old.

What countries do you get traffic?
