Combine your skills in order to leverage :-
As a full stack developer, creating a website for your services would not at all be a challenege for you (perhaps it would take you 30 to 60 minutes to do that). And since you've mentioned that you do have good foundations in SEO and Google Ads, you can then promote your website (about your services) in Google search as well as through Google Ads.

Service as mentioned above can be good to grow capital, but you'll sell your time for money. You can still do that to get some money first. Then with a saas, you can build a brand and income that is not linked to your time and easily sell it later for a good amount. Go on flippa to see a lot of ideas.
