30-40 a day since a month not more...

I'm working on a blog and my keyword is very popular. Full whitehat.
Since a month now a have 30-40 visitor a day, some comments,... but I can't get more...

My competitor are very strong, but they didn't post since a year...
I'm puting like 1 backlink a day (good and related with my keyword).

How can I get more traffic? Would like have like 100-150/day.

White or Gray hat method please.

try to work on seo for some more keywords. Do social bookmarking, promote on facebook, twitter etc.

1 backlink a day is not really much. 10 a day might be better.
