Guy screwed up, couldn't afford to sort out the situation, got banned.
Maybe he'll find the funds to rectify this and ask to be allowed back, maybe he'll just go along lifes way.

He wasn't even honest about it. He could have said something like "Hey, i really don't have money like now, but lets work something out. I will try to pay you in small portions, etc".
Instead he just tried to fight off the accusation. He didn't say "Sorry, i'm guilty".

Not screaming. But if you read his posts, it doesn't read like coming from someone who reacognizes his guilt. He was trying to get away with it. To argue he didn't do nothing wrong. It's particularly worrisome coming from such an old member.
