Hi,

I have a question in my mind, Is it good if we have a website that is 2 years old and we are purchasing link insertion on 4 years old website?

What do you all think

Depends solely on both the websites
domain age isn't the only factor whether a link is good or not.

If the links are niche specific and truly a genuine blog/website with quality content then there is not an issue. If it's just built to sell links, then its another story.

Hm ok, I have seen people who have just started their blogs and are getting links from older websites.

Older or new doesn't matter as everyone can get an autioned domain and set up the website to claim this is that years old. What matters the most is the content quality and backlink profile of that website.

Yup i think all depends on the quality because Google is getting smarter now a days and do you think that getting guest posts is a good strategy for making backlinks?

For ranking there are multiple important factors you need to consider.

- Your website's must have top-notch content and at least 1000+ words. Not just like 500/600 words content, those days are gone. As, with this numbers, you might rank for low competitive keywords, but not for quality keywords which actually drive organic traffic.
- On-page SEO is also another important factor, if your site/ posts are not optimized, then no matter what link you acquire, you'll not get the expected results.
- Guest posts carry the most weight in terms of ranking, make sure to do your due diligence before acquiring the link.

I don't think it matters.
What matters is how the site linking to you is performing on the Google SERP. If they're not doing well, there's no point getting links from them.

The age of the website does not matter. A young site can have more authority than a site that is 20 years old.
It is important that the content of your link is related to the theme of your site. Have a good content and that the site is not indicated as spam. Finally, the normal recommendations for a good backlink.

Yes, you are right. Guest posts are capable of bringing potential traffic to your site. And it is necessary to build diversified backlinks instead of sticking to one kind.

It doesn't matter to be honest. Older is better in most cases as its an indication of authority as long as the content is of high quality and it has a strong backlink profile. However, it also depends on how much traffic it has, where the traffic has come from, how its performed for other sites etc.

Yes if you get good links.

Age is an old school metric. Try to concentrate on other areas like traffic, authority, and relevance.

your idea is good but if you write here article and then you publish it on another site this is very beneficial for you because here piece is perfect instead of a link insertion
