Tap or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile. Tap in the top right, then tap Settings. Tap Privacy, then tap Messages. Choose whether message requests from people on Instagram or Facebook go to your Chats list (inbox), Message Requests folder, or whether to receive them at all.

Create many instagram/fb accounts with the same profile or anonymous to send mass comments or messages on your lists.you can purchase already made both for the process too.

Doing it with a bot on your own is too much work. You have to buy proxies, many different instagram accounts and its not worth it unless you already have a bot setup that does this and your experienced in doing this. Best is to buy a list that is already scrapped or buy a scraping service from a member on the forum that is providing one

You can't use emails or phones to find the associated IG accs, they don't make that info public. You can use a bot to scrape your target audience by simply scraping followers, likes or geo-locations. If all you have for your TA list are just phones and emails, you'll likely need to compile a new list that's either made up of IDs or usernames.
