Hy friends
My big problem its that i cannot work consistently ,i have days when i can work and make some job done
But i have days when my brain blocks me to work each day and its likea limiting belief and a pain that dont alow me to work no matter how hard i try
How do you motivate yourself to work daily ? Thanks

I found out the best way for me to stay "productive" would be to literally cut of what I'm doing and do some sport/see friends/relatives... When you stay in your room 24/7 working online you can quickly become crazy, especially during these weird times.

It seems you are not hungry, and you already got the basic needs of life covered.

Survival is one of the best drivers out there. However, it doesn't mean that it's the only one.

What OP happens to be describing to me is a period of depression. My recommendation is to speak to a psychiatrist or therapist on how to get yourself out of this slump, OP. I empathize strongly, I am well financially but have faced some extreme periods of hardship and loss, and whatever you're going through, it might drag you down and make it impossible to feel like you can work. Either way, only you yourself can dig yourself out of that hole and keep going.

Goodluck!

For real our ancestors welded steel bars together for a piece of bread and we can hack our way with internet money, its a golden age boys, also some greek literature: you represent in your tiny lifespan every ancestor and descendant of your race, think about how holy your mission is!

I watch roaring 20s gangster movies/series: boardwalk empire, once upon a time in america, king of the roaring 20s… They really motivate me. Because these documentary style masterpieces show that anybody with brain, ambition and fist can achieve success in business without formal education.

TRUE.

Running every day upon waking up and eating a healthy diet, zero vices..

The numero uno advice is indeed what @Yes says, discipline.
Regardless of how you feel about it, just get it done, motivation or no motivation.

This aside, what you're describing is lack of dopamine.
What happens is this: on the days you have motivation, your dopamine is above baseline. The rule with dopamine is that when it goes back down, it goes below baseline. This will make you feel lazy, unmotivated, maybe depressed, don't feel like doing anything.

The short fix is to just wait it out.
You can try to spike a little dopamine with chocolate, music, nicotine, sex(or the pursuit of sex more likely).

But in the end, you will have to pay the price and just wait out the drop.

Normally you fix it up after those 8 long hours of work by doing something that relaxes you, or just attending to your family, walking your dog, watching your movie, going for a walk, etc.

When you work non stop, everyday, you will experience a huge drop in dopamine.

If your daily salary doesn't depend on your work, just wait it out.

If you're not already doing so, start going to the gym or doing some sort of physically engaging activity when you hit that wall. Not only will it improve all aspects of your life as an aggregate, but you'll get done with your workout and have more energy for your business.

I've found that breaking up my day where I do a few hours of work upon waking, then a couple hours at the gym, and a few more hours of work after allows me to be much more productive than if I tried to sit at the computer for 8 hours straight.

That's your brain telling you
you need rest honestly.
working 24/7 everyday is a big burnout for even the toughest minds.
& quite frankly most people dont even see that they are burnt out until its too late.

I don’t believe in motivation. Discipline is key.

Sometimes I feel like this. Going to work 8-5 and work on my website 7-10. One thing for sure why I keep doing this, not to regret not having anything to inherit to my family in the future.
