[Suggestions] Which tool can send more messages one day?

Hi guys,
I have more than 10K phone numbers now. But I used what'sapp to send about 15 messages, my account has been banned because of the spam.
Also, I imported these numbers to my phone, I wanted to find if they have Facebook accounts. But when I clicked the button "Import from your phone", Facebook didn't find anyone. Facebook just recommended some people I may know. It's frustrating. I didn't know what happened.
I can't figure out why Facebook find them.

Are there any tools that can send more messages through these phone numbers one day? Or do you have any good advice for me to do a nice marketing?
I know we can send phone messages, but It will cost me too much for one messages. I mean, you don't want to send one message from the USA to the France.

There used to be a method for searching by phone on facebook, by inputting double quotes around the number "" in the search field. Don't know if that's still a thing.
