Do you want me to paste screenshots here, about our correspondence via tickets, and prove that you are wrong regarding the response time?
As mentioned in ticket, and also here in this thread, if you'll keep on updated the ticket with new messages every few minutes, it will keep on going down the list of support queries and you'll get a delayed response.
(The way you have been posting on this thread shows what you are doing with us in our support system. So childish!)
Therefore, it is better to send one message and then wait for response, you are not the only person we are providing our services to. We have a big list of clients and have multiple sales/tech/other queries which we deal with in a FIFO way.
We don't use telegram!
Your ticket has been answered and for your problems, ask in one message and then wait for response, do not keep on sending same message in a loop.
