How many BCC should you send from a Gmail account?

I'm sending some mails from a 1yo legit Gmail account, I used an autowarmer for a while.
The mails are from business domains(@companyname.com)
IYO how many mails can I send through BCC per day? I know the default limit is 500 per mail, should I go below that? It's a similar mail every time, basically 5 sentences with a linkedin link

Keep it low, i think if the other person send reply all then all 500 will start getting your messages.

BCC mean they don't see the other contacts...
