How and Where To Sell Website?

Hello everyone,
I have a health blog and i am earning from AdSense around $200 from guest posts 500-1000$ per month. I need big money to other investments and i am thinking about selling my website.
1- Should i Sell the website or work more on it?
2- If i decide to Sell Website, how much money should i request?
3- And Where can i Sell the website? Facebook is really crowded and i dont trust people on Facebook, how do you trust on facebook?

Brokerages have much higher quality and more serious buyers. You will also most likely get a higher sale price than if you sold it yourself.

Your revenue is a bit low compared to most of the businesses they will have listed, especially for the first 2 companies on the list, but if the site is a good investment for their buyers they might still be willing to take it on.

If not, I would go with Flippa.

Flippa is good in your case. But most of people there will keep asking you for GA access and search console access to steal your keywords. Be careful on that.

Also FB groups is good if you know how to operate and how not to get scammed.

Empire might take it on if they have some buyers they think would be a good fit. They have some sites in the 1-2k per month profit range.

But yeah more than likely OP will have to use Flippa or elsewhere.

I personally like Flippa, but you have to possess a high pain tolerance as a seller because 99% of the buyers there are vexatious, insalubrious little characters who will test every last molecule of patience you possess.

Most of them just want to waste your time and steal your keywords/business model.
