Second - most of the big affiliate network don't allow direct links and using funnels is the way to solve it.

Funnels are proven strategies to work, so just give it a try. Maybe Klarna being a competitor has more features to offer; for the same price.

i have visitors but i'm not getting as many sales as i'd like to have. i've changed my web pages several times but it hasn't helped, so i'm wondering if a funnel would improve the response.

A funnel is the process of taking your prospects on a journey from an awareness campaign about your offer to signing up as a customer.

For example i have this funnel for one of my products.

Ad campaign -> landing page -> free trial -> paying customer

Click funnels is a branded product that helps you do that.

So, you dont have to use click funnels to achieve your goal, i dont.

the problem is visitors click my google ad, visit my landing page, and then leave without filling out the application form.

i think my web site needs a better design and perhaps using click funnels will help to improve the response.

There are all sorts of reasons why your page may not be converting. As long as your optin form is up top and clearly visible, the design is probably low on the list. It's probably something to do with what you're offering.

Are you promising to solve a problem they have in the ad? And does your lead magnet clearly offer a (relatively quick/easy) solution to that problem?

Buying an expensive pen does not make you a great writer. You need to sort your fundamentals out, clickfunnels cannot do that for you.

As @Guser said if you can get traffic to click your ads and then they just leave without signing up, there is a disconnect in what your ad promises and what your landing pages delivers.
